Join & Roll is a directory and events platform for tabletop gaming in Quebec -- board games, card games, TCGs, miniatures, RPGs, and more. It helps players find stores, organized play, and tournaments, and helps stores and organizers reach the players near them.

Yes, browsing, creating an account, registering for events, and listing a store are all free. If an organizer charges for their event, that price is theirs to set -- Join & Roll doesn't process payments or add fees on top, so you pay the organizer however they normally collect (at the door, e-transfer, and so on).

No -- you can search events, browse stores, and check out a city's game scene without signing up. You'll need an account to register for an event, message an organizer, list a store, or organize something yourself.

Join & Roll is opening up gradually before our public launch. If you already have early access, sign up or log in with the email address you were invited with. If not, request early access and we'll email you as soon as we can let you in.

Open the event page and click register. If you're not logged in yet, you'll be asked to sign in or create an account first. Once you're registered, the event shows up under your account's registrations.

You're added to the waitlist instead of a confirmed spot. If a registered player cancels or an organizer opens up more room, waitlisted players move up automatically.

Every player builds a reliability score from their past attendance -- organizers mark registrants as attended or no-show after each event. If your score is low, your future sign-ups may land on a waitlist for the organizer to approve instead of taking a confirmed spot outright.

Yes, cancel anytime from your account's registrations list. Reliability scores are built from attendance the organizer records, not from cancellations, so letting an organizer know ahead of time is always better than just not showing up.

Head to the Organize page and click Create an event. Set a game, date, capacity, and pricing, attach it to a venue you manage or give your own address, and publish -- it takes a few minutes.

Yes -- add other players as co-organizers so they can help manage registrations and details without you handing over the whole event.

Turn any event into a weekly, biweekly, or monthly series in one step from the event form. Each occurrence keeps its own registrations and waitlist, and you can edit shared details or cancel remaining occurrences from My Recurring Events.

Yes -- flip on tournament mode when you create an event for pools, standings, and match results. See the Tournaments page for the full toolkit.

From the Stores page, add your store's details -- location, hours, what you carry. It'll show up on the map with a geocoded pin once it's live.

New store listings go through a quick admin review before they go live, mainly to catch duplicates and spam. You'll be notified once it's approved.

Yes, you can update your store's details, hours, and location at any time from your account.

Use the language switcher in the header -- Join & Roll is fully available in English, French, and Spanish. Your choice is remembered for next time.

Every event page has a way to contact the organizer directly. They can also message everyone registered or waitlisted at once, or reach out to you individually.

Check the notification bell in the header for updates on events you're registered for or organizing, invitations, and messages. Notifications are marked read automatically as you view them.
