1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, listing a store, organizing an event, or otherwise using Join & Roll (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. What Join & Roll is
Join & Roll is a directory and events platform for tabletop gaming: it helps players find stores, organized play, and tournaments, and helps stores and organizers list and manage events. We don't organize, run, or guarantee any event listed on the Service -- events are created and managed by their organizers.
3. Accounts
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity that happens under your account. Don't impersonate anyone else, and let us know if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Event registrations and reliability
Registering for an event is a commitment to the organizer, not to Join & Roll. Organizers can mark registrants as attended or no-show, which affects a visible reliability score on your profile. Join & Roll isn't a party to, and isn't responsible for, what happens at an event, including cancellations, refunds, or disputes between organizers and attendees.
5. Stores and organizers
If you list a store or organize an event, you're responsible for the accuracy of that listing (location, pricing, capacity, and so on) and for complying with any laws that apply to your business or event, including local regulations on organized play, gambling-adjacent formats, age restrictions, and consumer protection.
6. User content
You keep ownership of what you post (profiles, event descriptions, images, and so on), but you grant Join & Roll a license to display it as part of operating the Service. Don't post anything you don't have the rights to, or anything illegal, harassing, or deceptive.
7. Third-party links
The Service links out to third-party sites such as BoardGameGeek for game information and rules. We don't control and aren't responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party sites.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Join & Roll isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including anything related to an event you attended, hosted, or organized.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
