Registration and standings, built into every event

Stop juggling a sign-up sheet, a spreadsheet, and a whiteboard.
Join & Roll handles registration, waitlists, pools, and live standings for whatever format you're running. From a five-table casual round robin to a full elimination bracket.

How it works

01

Turn it on when you create the event

Check "This is a tournament" on the event form, pick a format, and add your details : Swiss round count, top cut size, an estimated end time, free-form structure notes.

02

Registrants sign up, you stay in control

Players register against your capacity. If someone's reliability score is low, they land on a waiting list instead of taking a confirmed spot outright. You approve them in, no awkward conversations.

03

Generate pools, record results, standings update live

Once registrations are in, generate pools in one click. Record each match as it finishes and wins/draws/losses recalculate immediately. Visible to every player, not just you.

Every format, on your terms

Pick the structure that fits your event - it's yours to describe, and it shows up right on the event page so players know what they're signing up for.

Swiss

No one's eliminated; every round pairs players with similar records so far, and standings are settled by score at the end. The go-to for a fixed time slot with an unpredictable turnout.

Why organizers use it

Standings players can check themselves

Pools, match results, and win/draw/loss records are visible on the event page as soon as you enter them. No one has to ask you where things stand.

One click to regenerate pools

Registrations change up to the last minute. Regenerate pools from whoever's currently registered whenever you need to, right up to start time.
